I’ve been on and off with my fitness journey, my weights fluctuated unbelievably and I probably would’ve been at my goal weight by now but I guess that what the whole process is about, gaining strength and will power and finally sticking to what you want for yourself. I think it’s about time I start taking this seriously again and stick with it, after all that is what a healthy life style is about. And I think it’s about time I stick with it.

I usually make 16 ounces per juice so I just keep adding the veggies until I reach 16 ounces, but basically I used this setup
