I’ve been on and off with my fitness journey, my weights fluctuated unbelievably  and I probably would’ve been at my goal weight by now but I guess that what the whole process is about, gaining strength and will power and finally sticking to what you want for yourself. I think it’s about time I start taking this seriously again and stick with it, after all that is what a healthy life style is about. And I think it’s about time I stick with it. 

Went on a juicing frenzy this morning :)

Juice 1:

Broccoli, Spinach and Carrot Juice

I usually make 16 ounces per juice so I just keep adding the veggies until I reach 16 ounces, but basically I used this setup

40% Broccoli

40% Spinach 

20% Carrot

1/2 lemon

Blend and Enjoy :)

Is it bad to snack throughout the day in between meals?

I mean, for instance having a Tupperware of grapes and snacking on a few at a time consistently through the day. Or even a fruit in general.

Does anyone want to be my workout buddy?
